1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Saloonix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Saloonix, and we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Saloonix is a cloud-based salon management software that helps salons, barbershops, spas, and similar businesses manage appointments, customers, staff, services, and finances. The Service is currently in early access, and billing functionality is not yet active. Subscription plans exist, but payment processing will be activated in the future.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation
4. Payment Terms and Billing
Billing functionality is not currently active. Subscription plans are available, but payment processing will be activated in the future. When billing is launched, you will be notified, and payment terms will be clearly communicated. Until then, the Service is provided free of charge during early access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Saloonix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saloonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For EU users, applicable EU consumer protection laws may also apply.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
